Hi, that number was dead m8, however I got 01732 520920, from typing that one into google, which then gave me a re-direct to a 08450 902004, which is Thomson....

... Which is now dead too.

Thomson pulled out of the UK STB market. They sold their consumer operation to Technicolor. Whether they will handle Thomson related calls is unlikely but not impossible.
