Moving into a new property and want a land line the cost for this is £124.99 installation fee?

Any tips or discounts available, anyone is aware of to get this price reduced?

If you aren't happy to pay the charge why not shop around and get another CP to place the order via Openreach that charge a lower price?

Any of the other firms now offering landline rental could do so.

Your problem is, most won't because it involves them putting money up front (as you'll have to).

BT doesn't have that option, it has to install even though the £124.99 they'd pass on to you is £80 or so less than they'll have to pay Openreach.

is it a new build? Of so chances are you will have to pay it.

If not - you may not have to.

In middle of getting connected in my new place and they said there will be no fee.

Thanks,
