Imminent launch of new £15/month sim only deal.

Not had time to read it all yet, though one of my guys told me that if you were a PAYG customer you'd have to spend £53 in a month for what you'd get for the £15 tariff. But like I said, I haven't read it all for myself yet.

I AM suprised it's taken this long for Networks to catch on. Please could you post even the slightest idea of the Orange tariffs? |

yep, we have the sims. The £15 sim only dolphin gives you 150 mins and 300 texts plus something else. There are a variety of tariffs, was my 1st day in this week so haven't had time to read up on all the options.

Poor deal compared to O2 Simplicity:
£15 = 200 min and 400 texts if you buy online. |

I don't see that deal online: http://shop.orange.co.uk/shop/paymsim#dolphin So at the £15 PP they are not really taking on O2. Even there £20 deal is not that attrative, 100 more txts but 75 less mins. You don't get unlimited txt until you pay £25 a month. O2 still seem to have the edge. |

From what you say the comparison seems thus: Network No of Mins No of texts Monthly Cost O2 200 400 £15 Orange (Dolphin 15) 150 300 £15 (+offpeak unlimited texts) So, you are right, O2 give you more mins, Orange more texts. |

Also worth looking at is the £15 Racoon. 225 minutes + unlimited off-peak landline minutes, and 100 texts.

.....and fails
if you text a lot,
The £25pm simplicity deal would be your bet. 600 mins 1000 text + text freedom (2000 texts extra free) |

if i purchased credits for say november (only) but didnt get round to using them all within the month will they roll over the following month like payg credits
the o2 simplicity sounds like a good deal, much better than payg but if the credits dont roll onto to the following months until you used up all your credits its no use to me |

O2 offers free voicemail, and 1MB inclusive data, so technically the O2 deal is better.
Indeed it is. The op did not mention their inclusion. |
