I'm having problems with adding songs, and it seems to be adding songs I don't want on there, plus Itunes doesn't seem to be naming the albums and track I rip off CDs, help please.

You can manually sync songs etc.

Do you mean it's not naming them at all, or that they are incorrect?

Well first you should tell iTunes you want to sync stuff manually, then you can drag stuff over yourself then iTunes wont do it for you, and pick stuff you dont want.
iTunes may not be seeing the internet to get album details, is your firewall letting it access the internet?

Can anyone help me on my iPod Nano whilst this is a discussion surrounding it.

I have had mine since last year, and rarely use it apart from college which is two days a week. When I come to use it after it hasn't been used in a bit - the thing crashes and you have to reboot it, however, it works fine after that. Any reason why it could be doing this.

Also, the screen seems to be dirty on the inside and there is no way I can clean it - can I send it back to Apple or not?

If it's still in warranty, give Apple a call and see what they say. If they won't take it in/it's out of warranty, you're probably better off saving up for a new one.

I've been having certain glitches with the New Ipod Nano aswell the other day when I plugged in the usb cable to charge it the Album artwork was all messed up so I had to reload a load of the stuff back on there I think its a Firmware Issue mostly.

argh right after the battery icon problem the artwork went all weird and fizzy, dissapearing sometimes, then sometimes not etc etc.. then it started skipping tracks, and now it just wont play anything full stop, when i open a song it just doesnt do anything... so im going to have to take it back, how annoying!!!
