For anyone still missing the blueberry bagels that Sainsbury's used to sell (I think there was a post before about them), then you may be interested to know that New York Bakery Co has released their own Blueberry Bagel variety. It says "limited edition" but hopefully they are here to stay!

Oh I love Angel Delight. I like four of the flavours you can still get - Banana, Butterscotch, Strawberry and Raspberry, but miss Blackcurrant, Bubblegum, Tangerine and Lime. Why were these flavours discontinued? This put me off eating Angel Delight again, since June 2004.

The Toffos I liked were the Fruit ones - Blackcurrant, Pineapple, Banana and Strawberry. I remember the Chocolate ones were supposed to be a free gift with some old Dandy comic, but someone pinched it.

Does anyone here remember the 'Mars Dark and Light'? I loved that one.

Safeway used to do a ready meal curry that I adored. It was like a cross between a tikka and a korma and was massive. God, it was delicious. That was 20 years ago and I still crave it now.

Wow Toffos. I'd completely forgotten about those. Haven't had one in probably 15 years yet I can still taste the banana and mint ones right now.

Mars Midnight, white inside Mars bar but covered in dark chocolate. Now named Mars Dark, was on permanent release in Canada, and was on a Limited Edition sale in the UK, as of October 2009.

However, Mars Dark & Light was the name more common in the UK. Mars Midnight was also an ice-cream in the UK.

'Bisc & Twix' bars - like a Twix, but flat, and somehow they tasted nicer.

Sainsbury's (I think) used to do a dark chocolate and lemon fondant bar that was delicious. I miss it.

Can anyone remember a biscuit called Orient (something) or (something) Orient? They were thin with a glaze on top. I have been racking my brains about the name but can't think of it. I loved them.
