hi guys!

my ipod is now showing the sad ipod icon, ive tried resetting it and forcing disk mode and it wont do any of it, so im presuming hard drive failure!!

anyway when i buy my new one will it just upload all my purchased music? or will it erase it? or do i need to do anything special to it to stop my files being deleted?

many thanks
simon.

Try there for various ways to reset it, hopefully one of them will help you.
