My contract is due for renewal in 3 weeks and since I moved house I get very bad reception (nothing works, even tv and freeview) Is it true, as I have been told, that all main mobile providers use each others masts? Is there a better one who covers the whole country? Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to be stuck for another year with limited service

You seem to have forgotten to tell us which network you are with and other information, possibly this is why no one has replied.

Given the lack of information from you. What you should do is use the different operator's websites to check coverage at your postcode.

Very rude. I asked if all mobile providers use each other's masts. Nothing wrong with that!!!

What lack of information? They either do or don't. I have found the answer to my question now from a neighbour and thankfully won't be bothering you again

I'm dissapointed that you chose to add things when you quoted my post. If my answers offend you then I shall not offer to help you again. I hope you manage to sort out your problems and get good reception and mobile phone signals.

Network mast sharing is something that's planned for the future, however at the moment it's still waiting approval from Ofcom. Even then it won't be all companies, Orange and Vodafone will be sharing but I'm not sure if the other providers have anything planned.
