moving price plan on 3

hi all,

about a month ago i took out a twenty pound texter deal contract on three, however with their new tasty price plans i'm wondering if i can hop over to one of them and benefit from the free things like skype etc

anyone any idea?

You can only upgrade price plan on 3.

If you want the Mix & Match deal you need to move to the next highest price level above the one you currently pay.

3 CS have the full details.

as i already have the phone tho would that mean i wouldn't have to pay for it, or would i?

You can move to any higher price plan without penalty but you may have to agree to have your contract extended to 18 months.

Call 3 CS for details.

Not too sure about the new price plans, but I recently changed 2 customers tariffs to ones the same price with no extension to the contract length.

This has always been the way on 3. Decreases are pretty much a no-no, everything else was fine. Not too sure about these new tariffs though.

You can change to a different package as long as it doesn't cost any less. It is called a lateral transfer or something like that. If you are on a line rental discount you will have to wait until that period is over. CS should be able to help you.
