No its not true. There is a big difference between 720p/1080i and 1080p, a very big difference. Your not seeing it because your only using a 720p/1080i source (Sky HD).
If you want to see the real difference, compare a 1080p TV and a 720p/1080i TV on a HD DVD or Blu-ray player and you will notice the difference. Regardless that 720p/1080i is the highest resolution broadcast, your just confusing people by saying there is no difference between a 720p/1080i and a 1080p TV. Yes, it matters what your viewing, but out of the many times I have heard you say this, you hardly mention it and come to the conclusion there is hardly any difference between the two. You need to stop giving that message out on products that can cost upwards of £1000.
