Vhs Is Better Than Dvd ?

As its lost on the CULT section I thought home cinema fans of discerning quality would like a giggle.

I've posted 2 PM's I received from the OP of the linked thread regarding VHS/DVD.

It is Saturday night so he could be drunk.

What do you think?

He did have one point that was partially valid.

Some of the very early CDs had some problems where the glue/laquer wasn't right, and the surface of the CD would start to corrode, rendering them unplayable. I have a couple of CD's where this is in evidence, and also some laser discs where the same is happening.

BUT, it is only happening on a very few disks, certainly not ALL of them!
