I moved onto this tariff but i have lost the text message containing the date my free minutes start, is there any way to find this out?

if yea dial 4444 (top up credit) and select option 2 then yea choice yea want to hear.

If i do that it tells me i dont have a bolt on or i dont have one they can give a balance for. That would mean when my free mins start, that will be the very first time. I just need to know when that actually is lol
