Ghost Image On Tv
Set Up:
TV scart 1 > Sky scart 1 TV scart 2 > DVD Recorder scart 1 Sky scart 2 > DVD Recorder scart 2 On AV1, picture is fine however when switching to AV2 to record on the DVD recorder, there is a feint but noticable ghost image, particularly with text like a football latest score or credits Any ideas on how to solve ? ? Just switched to gold scarts as well, but that has not helped. |

ghosting problem
If your DVD recorder can record RGB signals then you can do SKY SCART 1 to DVD recorder SCART 1
DVD recorder SCART2 - TV SCART 1 (or whichever ones cope with an RGB signal) - less leads and signal should loop through DVD recorder - also better quality recordings if you can record in RGB. |

If you have a TV aerial plugged into the system anywhere, either unplug it or fit an attenuator. There are pins you can cut from the offending scart but this is the easiest method - who watches analogue TV broadcasts now?!!
