Im looking for a good 32" lcd with Freeview, HD ready, good sound and a good range of input/outputs and found the LG 32LC56 for £401 delivered, is it any good? Is there better around for the money?

As many people use them with a surround sound system this isn't usually a problem - but don't expect too much from the TV speakers. |

Had a look at the LG in Currys and its good. Turned up the volume to full and it was hard to say if it was good or not as in such a noisy open space. Anyone else got any tips or know what a good wattage is for a TV sound?

To save endless speculation, buy it and get a refund if you don't like it. Some places even refund postage costs if you are lucky.

I've just bought exactly the same TV from comet and am really pleased with it. The only issue I do have is that I can't get my SKY+ remote control with it. I've tried lots of suggested code numbers from various web sites without any success.
Can anyone confirm if they have got their SKY+ remote control to work with this TV, what code number they used and the version number of the remote control. My remote control is fairly new, its a version 6 but I suspect it is still too old. Many thanks Gary. |
