Data cable for a Sharp GX20
Can anyone confirm exactly what software is need to connect a data cable for a Sharp GX20. I get conflicting advice from everyone. I want to send pix from mobile phone to PC.
Sharp's web site only have downloads for a 'modem driver and 'Handset manager'. Is one required for the actual cable. One mobile 'phone says 'no', only the handset manager download is necessary, and another all three downloads are needed. HELP!! |

Have a look at this site -
http://phone.dataexpress.ru/accessories/sharp/ It only lists the Device Manager and modem driver as you got, but all the way down the bottom, there is a driver for a usb data cable. Try installing that and see if it makes a difference. Really, when you connect it all together, it should download the required driver from the net automatically if you have XP sp2 or later OS. Sorry couldnt be any more help. |

I have still not managed to coonect my Sharp GX20 to my PC.
Is there anyone willing to contact me by PM to assist me on a one to one basis, as it is a pretty uninteresting public topic (LOL)? Cheers Klauttu. |
