What will they do???

a) Call up a replacement?
b) Have a week where nobody goes?
c) Have a two person final again?
d) Let her come back in when she is fit?

I'm hoping they've learnt from Jimmy last year and have a plan in place for such things now (especially as they can't use a dance off anymore!!!)

I love kate and Anton is fantastic so I really hope she is dancing - is she on GMTV presenting later in the week - maybe she'll give us a clue? but you're right, they should have a strategy in place after what happened to the Tarbuck

Call up a replacement, if they don't already have one. I'd be surprised if they could find new one at such short notice though they have to commit to 12 weeks
She's supposed to be dancing the QS isn't she. That's going to be very tough on her ankles

I think that if Kate is unable to dance but the medics think she could recover in time for next week then the remaining girls should dance and be scored but there is NO public vote and their scores are carried over to the following week.Kate would then Dance next week.(in effect she has a bye to the next round but nobody is eliminated this week) . This would mean either four in the final or a double elimination at some stage.If there is NO chance of recovery I would not eliminate anybody this week but again just carry their scores over to the following week. I really just want the BBC to think ahead so that we don`t have just two finalists like last year.

Maybe Fiona could come back again and have another go as it is Kate's collegue

I know your asking what *if* she can't dance.. but I think she will no matter what - she has said she will no matter what, and said they practiced yesterday (or was it today?).. Unfortuntely I think she will go out

It's all very well to say hope they learn from last years jimmy incident, but it's kinda hard.. I mean there's as much likelehood of say 3 people being independently injured/dropping out / whatever as there is one.

The only problem being with Brian and Karen coming back that the public have spent money voting already and some people might be annoyed, as they were when Nikki was allowed back into Big Brother. I wouldn't mind, I think it would be a fair solution, but then I didn't vote for anyone on Saturday.

Yeah some people won't like it if we brought a couple back, though I think it is a good idea to bring them back... Makes the numbers up...

Viewers paid/voted to evict Nikki from BB where as Brian + Karen were eliminated because they received less votes..... no one positively voted to eliminate them.... so there should be less of an outcry. Personally I`d carry the girls votes over to next week and eliminate no one this week.....As long as the BBC think ahead and ensure there are 3 finalists I`ll be happy.

Yes but if Brian was the worst on week one then he'll most likely be the worst if he comes back.. and they'll just end up going the same week surely!

In view of the fact that the panel now have the final say in who is eliminated we don't actually know whether Karen and Brian were bottom overall do we?

Looking at her on it takes two i dont think she will be dancing this Saturday and if she does I think she will be worse and ultimitaly be the one that goes

People didn't pay to evict Nikki. BB happens to use a "to evict" vote most of the time. I don't think the mere choice of whether the vote is "to evict" or "to stay" should determine whether someone should come back or not! People voted for other dancers to get them one step further along, not to have things put back towards the why they were just because someone else couldn't continue.

Do we actually know that Karen and Brian were the bottom couple?

It may be they had more viewer votes than Kenny and Ola, not less - just less judges ones!
