I would consider Fiona P and Carol V more lame than Kate in her bandages dancing to jive...

I think Kate should realise if she can't compete and let someone else take her place..................PS Fiona reminds me of a ferret!!!

Do you think they have back-ups though? And if she does pull out, do you think she should get another chance to dance next series?

To be quite honest, I'd rather see Anton dance with Andrew Castle then have Phillips inflicted on us again

Um, yeah - don't see why not. If she doesn't take part in the competition at all - it's not like she has an unfair training advantage really she's only had - what 3 weeks - and by this time next year she'll have forgotton most of it any way (well, going by what I'd be like, she will )

The suggestion I made would be to carry over the judges score to the following week and then calculate the average for the 2 dances. There would be no public vote this week. I really just want the BBC to think this one through because if Kate can`t dance and one the girls is eliminated this week then we will end up with only 2 finalists and I think we all agree(a bit of an assumption I know ) that it would be better to have 3 in the final,

Kate may be able to dance this week but will she last 10 wks. I had the misfortune to suffer from tendernitis in my feet a few years ago and it is f*****g painful (sorry about the language ) and it was a case of very slowly and I mean slowly increasing my training schedule...... she does not have time on her side. The BBC have to make the assumption she will not be able to dance and start planning ahead NOW.

Just thought of a new idea.........Have any of the SCD shows started in Europe yet...... if they have why not draft in one of the contestants from their shows that have already been eliminated.....Just a thought.

I think replacing Kate at this late stage is a daft idea. If she can't dance then they should carry the scores over.

What about Charlie Dimmock as a replacement?

She did some kind of ballroom dancing programme thingy before ...so she's partly trained ...and she could do a new challenge

Paulina was last series - this series first out on DWTS was Josie Maran - David Blaine's girlfriend!
