No, it isn't. There is the 'normal' stand alone version of caller display that is chargeable at £5.25 per quarter that works exactly the same as the BT Privacy version, now if 'free' caller display is causing delays in orders being placed then why are chargeable caller display order, which are ordered in exactly the same way, not affected? BT Retail place the order for Caller Display, it is up to them how much they decide to charge for it, if anything.
