Sorry to start another "which TV should i buy thread" but i do need some help. My budget is £600-£750 and im looking for a 37 to 40 inch screen i think as i sit about 10 feet away from the screen. What's best for that size, Plasma or LCD? I'm with Virgin so don't have any HD content to worry about really. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've just seen this which has got a lot of very positive remarks about it. Looks really good to me. I could afford a new laptop if i got this one too!

The Teco TL4091RW is always going to look poor compared to more established brand names.

Panasonic, Sony, Samsung, Sharp and Toshiba, these will all kill this Teco in almost all areas.

But if that is what your budget allows then go for it, but don't be surprised if it isn't too good at SD or HD.

As long as you are buying:

Plasma: Panasonic PX70 at 37" for £6-700

or

LCD: Sharp LC-37XD1E is about £750
