Isn't Lance the most versatile vocalist out ?
I am old enough to remember when he was half of
Coffee and Cream on the original New Faces show.

The singers get a lot of stick, I don't really rate the female vocalists but Lance and the other guy (not sure of his name) do some fantastic renditions. Me and My Shadow, Love Potion number 9 and Brazil (to name a few) from series three sounded brilliant imo

I think the singers do a fantastic job given the wide variety of songs they are given to perform - I know they have had alot of stick in the past and tbh I dont think hearing them thro the tv does them alot of justice IMO. Having been to the show and heard them live and then hearing them in my front room - live wins hands down

I love the singers! SCD wouldn't be the same without the live arrangements - Dancing On Ice always feels so flat to me because they're just dancing to recordings. The live band really gives so much atmosphere, and I'm constantly surprised by the adaptability of the singers, adjusting to the theme and style of each piece.

I agree. I really noticed the difference on DOI.

I've also noticed they've switched the positions of the singers, they are now stood at the front.

I think the singers are amazing as someone said the sheer variety of songs they have to perform is amazing and they always sound great - I loved their rendition of Hot Hot Hot - for example, which after Sunday was in my head all day Monday

Didn't really pay much attention to the salsa.
But they definitely deserve credit for the amount of songs, in different styles that they perform week after week. I did copy a few of the audios onto mp3.

*Just remembered the other male vocalist is called Tommy Blaize
