Here's the list:

Suddenly I See – KT Turnstall
She's Like The Wind - Patrick Swayze
Things – Robbie Williams
How Deep Is Your Love? – Take That
I'm Sitting On Top Of The World - Bobby Darin
Love Machine – Girls Aloud
Hurt – Christina Aguilera

So... what do we all reckon?

I seem to remember someone posting here that Love Machine was one of the two options for the final 'Judges' Choice' dance Quickstep/Samba. So it was probably inevitable that it ended up here. Fab song - but I am a huge GA fan!

Suddenly I See - this was likely too, but again a good choice - think someone suggested it on the music thread.

How Deep Is Your Love? - classic Rumba - we use it in practice!

She's Like The Wind - Classic Cheese!

I'm Sitting On Top of The World - nice to see they still use old school songs!

Things - Is this from Robbie's swing album? I'm guessing it's a Quickstep?

Hurt is a GREAT song and i wonder how the band singer will sing that song because Christina's vocals on the song are unsingable; because she is that good.

Plus the song is perfect for a rumba!

Things is the song he sung on the DVD with Jane Horrocks. It will be Quickstep. Lovely song, lending itself to lots of little 'runs'.

"Hurt" is Alesha's rhumba
I'm guessing "She's like the wind" (unfortunate title for a ballad ) is Kelly's given that Brendan was wandering around singing "she's out of my league"

Suddenly I See – KT Turnstall

This was used last week in DWTS and I didn't think it suited the QS at all. I prefer to hear a standard rather than a pop song.

Can't stand Girl's Aloud but Love Machine sounds like a good, fun song to dance to. I can see Penny and Ian dancing to it.
Steph and Vincent will probably get the traditional Bobby Darin track

Like the sound of How Deep is Your Love for a rumba.

Totally agree with your choice. Honest, I'd written down the exact same pairings.

I would have guessed at that choice as well. Think you are right!

The training coverage in the preview programme blatantly showed K and B dancing to She's like the wind, I remember, because it's one of my favourite songs

Can't remember from last season, but does the order the songs appear on the BBC list bear any resemblence to the order they are danced on the show?

Don't worry folks, I've answered my own question. Went over to the BBC site and checked last week - nope they bore no relationship to the order the men danced.

It's on the website now:

Quickstep
Stephanie & Vincent - Suddenly I See
KT Tunstall
Highest Chart Position: number 12, 2005

Gabby & James - Things
Robbie Williams

Penny & Ian - I'm Sitting On Top Of The World
Bobby Darin

Kate & Anton - Love Machine
Girls Aloud
Highest Chart Position: number 1, 1961

Rumba

Alesha & Matt - Hurt
Christina Aguilera
Highest Chart Position: number 11, 2006

Letitia & Darren - How Deep Is Your Love
Take That
Highest Chart Position: number 1, 1961

Kelly & Brendan - She's Like The Wind
Patrick Swayze
Highest Chart Position: number 17, 1988

Boys Group song - Hit The Bongo / I Want You Back
Jackson 5 Highest Chart Position: number 2, 1970

Pro Medley - Cell Block Tango / All That Jazz
From Chicago

Exit song - Against All Odds
Phil Collins
Highest Chart Position: number 2, 1984

I think that might give an idea of the order as well, I think it will be Stephanie, then Alesha, then Gabby, Letitia etc. basically alternating Quicksteps and Rumbas.

Does anyone know what the boys' group dance is?
And yay to the pros dancing to Chicago!

They look good, looking forward to the Chicago medley

How bizarre, the music list I posted seems to have disappeared from the BBC site. It was definitely there before in the news section, I just copied and pasted it

Which dance are the boys doing in the group routine?

I prefer Penny and Ian's choice of music for the quick step.

Jennie Garth and Derek Hough did the quick step to "Suddenly I See" in Dancing with the Stars last week. I hope that Stephanie and Vincent don't fall flat on their backsides at the end like Jennie and Derek did
