iPod Touch & pictures
ok is it just me or is the iPod touch sh*t for putting pictures on? I would say 99% of all pictures I try to put on it end up corrupt or look over exposed or in some shape of form look corrupt, anyone else get this?

Photos look excellent on my iPod Touch. Have you updated to the latest firmware? (some Touch's had problems displaying Black which was resolved by a recent firmware update)

I have 1.1.1 which initially bricked my iPod and couldn't restore with me pc (thanks to mums pc I could) not that I use pictures on my iPod but I thought i would see what the feature is like and well I am not happy, I'll copy pictures across to my iPod when I'm home and show what I'm getting if it even helps lol
what does itunes do when it "optomises" photos? |

From what I can tell, makes them smaller so when your zooming in it's to the original pictures resolution which of course leads to degregation of quality when zooming.
