Check out the clip: "More thoughts from the show 1 audience."

http://www.bbc.co.uk/strictlycomedancing/video/

Spot the two girls, one in a black and white striped top and her friend in black.

First clip. They say they queued for hours but enjoyed the show.

Second clip. They were asked who they thought would be going out on "Sunday."

Somebody tell me they didn't already know.

Hi Doghouse! Good to see you again. I have a feeling that the BBC will be very careful to mention that the show is recorded on Saturday and shown on Sunday this week. Then they'll feel like they've wriggled free of all the objections to the new format.

Hopefully, they will see sense and ditch the Saturday/Sunday thing.

I think you are really hoping against hope.

BBC know that SCD + Robin Hood decimates ITV - X Factor does Sunday, so they will too.

I preferred the previous format but that doesn't mean to say we won't get used to it. At least we get a drip of SCD every day!

Their problem will be that basically the Sat night result will leak so there wil be no drama left for Sunday

I don't know what you're getting at but I can assure you it was me in the brown (not black) dress and my friend, Gracie in the black and white stripe top.

They asked us who we thought was going out when we in the canteen between the transmitting of the live show and the recording of the result and there was no "deception" at all.

Sorry Doghouse, I think you've got a valid point about the BBC's 'Sunday' chat, but Vikki has mentioned that she was there and what she and Grace were wearing on this particular clip earlier in the week, long before you posted it on this thread.

Why don't you believe Grace & I were there? Do you want me to show you pictures we took to prove it?

Just ignore them Vikki!

We know you were there!

Gritty -I totally agree! If SCD makes some people so mad, why bother watching?

I guess you were there, just that the BBC skillfully managed to create an illusion by getting you on the camera before you got the results. Cunning trick on the part of the beeb pity it didnt work.

Thats not the only deception either, Craig delivers his review of the training footage on ITT. Only the review he is delivering has been provided for him by someone else, someone who actually knows what they are talking about.

I guess that is to fool the public into thinking that Craig does know what he is saying.

Well it doesn't fool me! I knew he didn't sit trawling through hours of training footage to come up with those pearls of wisdom every week. Good to have it confirmed. No doubt they'll say, *it's TV, it goes on all the time.* So much for transparency at the Beeb.

It just seems so pointless having Craig on there pretending to be knowledgable when he knows zip. Just to fool the public.
Much better to let the professional teacher and judge deliver the report himself.

I totally agree. All Craig does is say "Darling" several times to Claudia anyway. Listening to the red button experts is like another world compared to 3 of the Panel - only Len's views tally. I guess they'll just say - that's showbiz!

Does someone feed Craig info on the live shows as well? Because he does talk about technical things on there sometimes.
I have to say, I don't see why they keep the current judging panel. I heard with series one they had a hard time finding judges who were willing to do the show but weren't stuffy in their analysis, but now it's an established show and acknowledged to benefit the dance world I can't believe they'd have trouble finding more suitable people.

I'm hoping Karen will be fairly honest in her appraisal on the red button commentary tonight, I think I'll take that over whatever Craig, Arlene or Bruno say!

Vikki,

In the audience how far were you away from Brucie and the judges? Viewers see everything live and continuous, is that how it was? Or were there endless interruptions waiting for technical readiness, and retakes and cutouts?

How different was it to be there, than watching on the box. Thanks Vikki, I believe you completely, but I am a softie.

He must have picked up some bits along the way as this is the 5th time.

Obviously the BBC must think he is not capable of reviewing the training footage or they wouldnt be paying someone else to do it.

It's great being there, however last week was very different to my previous experiences of going to see the show. There were a LOT of technical hold ups, resulting in us not getting out until 11.30 and a lot of audience members leaving. (This annoyed me like hell, the tickets obviously can't have meant that much to them, this is why I hate the ballot system)

Bruce & Tess are very professional, it's nothing to do with them, the only reason for stopping and starting were sound issues.

And just for the record, to prove I did go:

I don't know, unless you are really interested in what you're looking at, watching hours & hours of film can be a real chore. With the amount of footage they are shooting, I never really expected any of them including Claudia to trawl thru all the film.
I would think tho that they tell the peons(no offense to anyone intended) that do the trawl what to look for.
