He comes across as being quite arrogant, but then again, I guess they've probably edited him to be that way. We'll see more of what he's like on the live shows hopefully.
I sort of felt sorry for him when he arrived at the mansion and everyone just ignored him as if he wasn't there (with the exception of Andy).

If I'd been there when they were all singing and ignoring him Iwould have sggested we sing something else over them! I'd probably do the same with any ofthem but I felt quite sorry for Rhyd, although at the same timequite pleased to see that, as I had expected, he didn't come across badly at all but was still a bigger character than most of the others.

I was also quite relieved when he was doing his interview with Fearne, in the clup they showed at the start of the show I thought he'd been talking about his "tackle" being the one thing he couldn't live withoutt but he actually said his "kettle" - esy mistake! I don't think I could have coped with him talking like that - it would certainly be unexpected, and I can see where he's coming from about the kettle too

Anyway, I can't wait to hear any of the finalists on Saturday but I'll be intrigued to see what song Rhyd's given...any ideas?

I find it odd that Sharon was all over the operatic singers at first but suddenly against them afterwards.

He is a lot better than most of the singers there and will gain a lot of support for the way he has been treated.

In my eyes Rhyds played the perfect game. All the public know him! He seems to be talking about him on the radio, internet forms, T.V shows ect. Thats what he wants and hes achieved that!

He has managed to play a stand out character, if he hadn't of done this he woudnt made it in to the final.

Rhyd is so different to the other contestants, got bags of confidence, big ego, No sob story or doesn't cry, unique singing style and a good entertianer.

Most people have taken Rhyds personality seriously, how can you take this guy seriously?!! Its all a big Act!

There are a few good entertainers out there but Rhyd is the top draw out of them all. Same difference will be fun to watch too.

When I travelled to college last week (Tuesday evening) I heard Capital FM doing a "Rhydian one word survey" - that really cracked me up, but I found it especially funny that no one could understand where the suggestion "phantom" came from.....

My suggestion would be something like "entertaining", not many of the suggestions were very positive but it'd be interesting to see how they changed if they did another one after the live shows because I agree that he's playing a good game.

Rhydian seems to be a genuinely nice guy who has been edited in such a way to make him seem very arrogant. He is confident, original and very talented.

I think and hope that Rhydian will go a long way in this competition assuming he survives the first couple of weeks and the viewers see the real person.

Unfortunately, it is looking like one of the groups (not Same Difference) are being set up to win, but I reckon Rhydian will come 3rd or 4th.

I believe Hope are being st up to win, but Rhydian deserves it.

Ha ha. Hope are completely useless. Both of the contrived bands are completely dull and pointless.

We have to keep in the game because these other useless outfits will try and steal the show.
