Gabby & James were undermarked, I feel.
The top four were all pretty close I think, the judges were a little iratic with comments reflecting scores. x x x x |

ITA Gabby and James were undermarked. Lovely choreography from James as well, I was really surprised how much I liked them.

Gabby and James were quite seriously undermarked. I was a bit gobsmacked, actually, I'd never have guessed they would get under 30.

And I think Penny and Ian were overmarked. At one stage, she clearly lost her footing and was clinging onto Ian. Why did the judges not remark on that - she was just to the left of their position? No way was their routine of the same quality as Alesha or Kelly or Gabby.
Some of the footwork that Gabby and James attempted was far more complex than any of the other quicksteps and yet they got no credit for it. It is a pity when you start to lose faith in the judging in week one. I think Penny will end up being saved by the judges again ahnd again - the public don't vote for a couple who they think don't deserve the judges scores |

Lets get this clear - BRUNO FANCIES IAN!!!! There. I quite like Penny and Ian but Bruno has got to realise that it wont help them if he starts dishing out 9's like smarties. |

Penny and Ian may have been a little overmarked bearing in mind a mistake, but she got her dresss caught which could have accounted for it and nothing was made of that. A lot was made of the same thing with Kelly. Still think Penny's quitckstep was the best of the night.
