PROPER gutted for Stephanie and Vincent... I kinda called that ending in a thread yesterday, as I could see the sympathy vote for Kate putting those two couples in the bottom.

I think the show has lost a fab couple WAY too early

Oh come on it's not that bad! I really enjoyed this week's Strictly (although not convinced by having so many female celebs who are blatantly already dance trained - kinda defeats the point of the show...) and the results show was tense and a surprise!

(By the way, it's really easy to avoid knowing the result if you don't come on here on Sunday...and let's be honest, out of 7 million viewers, the number on here is miniscule. Perhaps just getting into the hundreds, but I reckon under 100 myself...)

this is true, Craig can be overly harsh but only really comments on the dance. Arlene can get really bitchy and personal (who remembers 'you have the sex appeal of a gnat' ).

Silly woman.

I used to enjoy reading the posts on Saturday and Sunday, but I won't be logging on anymore until after the results show on Sunday because I'm sick of people giving away the result without spoiler tags. It ruins it for me, I wish posters who know the result would be a bit more considerate.

I think the show has lost it's most beautiful contestant actually.

Most people seem to think there wasn't a lot to call between the two of them based on tonights dance (her open mouth aside!) . I can't help but think that the judges do think of potential.. not that I blame them.. its too hard to try and seperate each issue and they shouldn't pretend they do. On that basis I'm sure Kenny would have gone last week.

People should'nt automatically assume that all the boys are gonna drop like flies. in the next few weeks Dont forget they will get a lot of votes from the female public. I want to see how the judges react when it's 2 celebs they like in the dance off. The last 2 weeks they have'nt realy cared who go's.

I suspect it'll then come down to which pro they like the best!

Not only that but audiences like to see improvement in the contestants. Half of the girls are already good, so where's the fun in watching?

The fun is seeing the actual dances, not just the improvement - when they do a beautiful dance or difficult choreography executed well that's the fun of it - well for me anyway. Let's face it Jill and Denise were both pretty good to start off with BUT their improvement was being able to do more difficult choreography each week.

Exactly. Couldn't agree more.

Totally agree - for me both the dreaded journey and someone being really, really good can be very rewarding to watch. I loved Jill's jive and Colin's American Smooth because they were so jaw-droppingly incredible, and I loved Patsy's tango and Matt Dawson's rumba because they demonstrated amazing improvement.

Fair enough I agree with that, I didn't really word my original post in the right way.

I would have prefered Kelly and Gabby as the bottom two. Kelly because she is a dancer and her faux modesty is annoying and Gabby for her awful attitude. I'll smile when I'm happy. Get over yourself.

Obviously they are too good so wouldn't be there.

Kate wasn't there I think for three reasons. 1) Arlene and her vileness. 2) The GBP's sense of fairplay. She was injured, hadn't been able to train and still gave it a go. And did she get a welldone pat on the back from the judges like they gave Bill when he first did his foot in? No, they mauled her. 3) Anton. People love him.

If after a full weeks training and better feet she isn't markedly improved she'll be in danger. The GBP love an underdog but we aren't complete fools.

We the GBP are already fools keeping Kate in and we are much worse off losing Stephanie.

Even me as a red blooded male, am getting very irritated by Kelly's gushing "oh my god", "i dont believe it" when she is given good comments and saved by the public. It's so false - she knows there is no way in the world she is leaving.

I don't vote so please don't get angry at me. I wanted Stephanie to stay too, and Letitia and Alesha. But Arlene and her runaway gob put the kibosh on that.

What annoys me more than anything is people like Kelly who have danced and Gabby who have an unfair advantage. It's no longer a case of complete newbies learning to dance. It's an uneven playing field right from the get to, for the woman at least.

As it stands right now I'd like to see either Alesha, Gethin and Matt in the final.

Drop Arlene and give her place on the judging panel to Karen Hardy

I second that. Karen is a really experienced judge (and wasn't she great on the commentary last night) , and she knows what it's like for the pro's and celebs.

And knows how to give constructive criticism - and she wouldn't lower herself to bitching like Arlene
