I think Karen would be great on the panel, but although Arlene crossed the line last night with Anton, I do feel that she genuinely makes some worthwhile constructive comments and knows what she's talking about where technique is concerned. Karen should replace Bruno, who's mainly there to be extravagant and make a fuss, is just as biased where certain pros are concerned, and never has much of value to contribute, imo.

I think Karen has found her niche... in the red button commentary, optional thats what I like.
CRH can say some pretty nasty things. But you will also see he looking at his notes and telling them why he thinks the way he does. Arlene and to a lesser extent Bruno are only interested in making soundbites to make themselves look clever. It's not working.
Can anyone tell was Karen dancing in the group dance as I found hard to see if she was with them all wearing wigs. If she was who was she dancing with???

Not 100% sure thanks to the wigs but I thought she was with Brendan.

In the past she has done that no matter who the celeb was, but increasingly she seems to go for the "soundbite" option. When she does give constructive criticism now, it appears to me that it's only given where her apparent favourites are concerned

I'm sorry to Kelly fans, but her apparently being modest is either down to get attention, or she really is naive and empty headed. I find neither trait attractive. Stephanie on the other hand was self deprecating in a wonderful way that Kelly can only aspire to.
I wasn't overly impressed with Letitia, but maybe it is just nerves.
Gabby is just plain competitive. Many in this competetion have been, but some have headed it off with a bit more humour or they've managed to conceal it.

I am confused
what happened?
when they were showing the clip of each girl doing their dances and then showing them backstage talking, Letitica said something like 'and being in the bottom two, makes it harder...' and i thought hang on result not been announced yet. it was obvious that she had said that after both shows had been recorded on Saturday night and put into this pre-recorded show. not that it matters its just bad editing.

Stephanie isin her 60's kelly in her 20's its not really plausable they will behave in the same manner!
i think kellys honest! and in her vt! said ' there is more to me than boobs!!' how many times do normal/large chested women have to tell a guy to look up! i know I have!!
she has handled herself over the years with quiet a lot of class! never once using her public splitwith her ex! just got on with what she wanted!!
Just watching it now, as was out earlier. How amazing was that pro dance particularly Anton/Erin and Nicole/Matt.

I don't know whether she's had training or not. But Karen on the red commentary specifically said that she thought she had after she executed a particular move in the rumba. As it happens it doesn't worry me either way.
I knew the result last night after reading the spoiler thread & was really gutted.
After watching the show tonight though I do believe Stephanie was genuinely relieved to be out so it's not so bad, it does n't make me feel so sadly for her.
Maybe she found the training a bit too demanding? She also looked absolutely frightened to death before going on but I must say she hid it well while actually dancing.
I'm not coming on the forums now until after I've watched Sun show, as it did spoil it for me I must admit but serves me right for being too impatient

I was n't going to watch again till Kate was gone but I don't think I can do it. So I'm just going to Sky+ it as usual & ff her bits

The casting vote system really only works if there are an odd number of judges (for example, 3 or 5,) and the vote is split between those other than the head judge or chairman. Otherwise, we end up with the situation we have now, which is that Bruno' s vote is irrelevant, if Len chooses differently. The powers that be seem to be saying ' well, we have 4 judges, but to make it look more democratic and exciting, we'll give Len the casting vote, but we are keeping all of the old judges....after all, we value our viewers and don't want to change anything.....'

sorry, folks, this is the post I meant to quote..please forgive me....
I thought Stephanie should have stayed. Letitia to me was actually worse than the first time she danced, whereas I thought Stephanie really improved. Neither of them should have gone, it should have been Kate, but of the two Letitia was worse. How graceful in defeat was Stephanie though. Poor Vincent looked gutted.
