Day Watch
Sequel to Night Watch. Russian action/thriller series 'bout the battle between Light & Dark beings.
8/10, Good but slow moving in some parts.
Night Watch however in my opinion is the better of the two.

A History of Violence.

Holy crap, why is this film so highly rated by people? I thought it was boring, predictable and full of intensely dislikable characters. I hated everyone in it.

Dead Man Walking

Sean Penn is quite superb in this. How he was beaten to the Oscar that year by Hanks is beyond me. 8/10

Anchorman

Excellent. Funniest film I've seen in a long while. 8/10

Quantum Of Solace

Wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Don't know if it was just me or not but it didn't seem like a Bond movie.

Zach and Miri Make a Porno

it was ok , but the rom-com bits were so cliched , best thing was Brandon Routh - gotta give him credit , he played it really well .

Just watched Polar Express.
Not my thing at all, but it was charming, and I loved it.

You Don't Mess with the Zohan.

3/10. What a waste of nearly two hours.

The Mariah Carey cameo was the only funny part , especially since the release co-incided with the release of her new album and she actually tells people to buy the album in the movie

The "there is hate on both sides , I couldn't stand it" bits regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict was cringeworthy.

Gran Torino.

Clint Eastwood's latest effort and another quality movie might I add from the man himself.

Toy Story - on television this afternoon.

It was dire.

Anyone noticed how much Buzz Lightyear looks like Karen Matthews???

Really good film, just wish my Sky+ box didn't keep skipping with the sound, kinda ruined it.
