I think there is a problem at their end to be honest. I had this problem at my folks house ( who are on Virgin incidently) and it kept popping and changing who it decided I could play the game with or chat with. I assumed it was the NAT settings. But other than that the only thing I can blame is the ISP or Infinity Ward.

Do a search in their forums and see if anyone else is experiencing it.

I have never seen Jedi play it. What did he do with his code then?
He hasnt played it much by the looks of it. He only has a score of about 300 on the leaderboard compared to 5000 of Voodoo and 6000 odd of mine. I presume he didnt like it much or just too into COD4 at the moment.

I had same issue with minnimo last week, couldnt join each others games or do private chat. In the end i checked my NAT and it had been changed in the last couple of weeks from OPEN back to MODERATE so i changed it again and we connected and chatted perfect again between us.

EDIT - not that we chat very much or anything (whistles)

I neeed another Double Points weekend - It seems like my progress has slowed to crawl in comparison to the way I flew through the ranks when getting double XP.

Of course it doesn't help that 45 to 55 are the ranks with the highest XP targets

I guess I'm going to have to play a heck of a lot of HQ

I have decided that I'm definitely not going to go beyond prestige 9 (well its a prettier medal than tens gold cross )

Anyone else got a favourite medal they have decided to stick with instead of moving on?

There were a couple of medals I preferred to the Gold cross. But I found that, even though I was going for the challenges, when I neared the end of them, I didn't really have a purpose for playing it anymore. All you're XP goes towards nothing.

I'm going full prestige, in the hope, that more ranks will be added. Then I will do all challenges. At least then I will feel that I have "completed" the multiplayer side of things. That is until, hopefully they add more to it.

Well at least that means there going to be one person with the gold cross who isn't an ar$e

I'm committed to going through the full 10 now. It would bug me seeing all those XP points going to waste knowing that I could do something with them.

Every time I go back I forget how far apart the ranks become once you get past 40. Went up to 50 again last night and then was aghast to see that I needed another 4500 points to level up again! It was straight into the challenges to see which ones I could quickly tick off!

The only one I've seen who isn't is "Orzie" who plays with us sometimes. So that will make two. Both from the Emerald Isle too.

We played against a clan on Domination a few weeks ago where they all had golden crosses. We thought we were in for a hard time. They were sh*t. We beat them fairly convincingly over a couple of different maps.

Played a game on Shipment last night, the biggest thrashing I've ever seen. We won 201-5. I thought the other team were messing about just going for the kills rather than the flags, but they weren't that impressive either and they were gutted when everyone went back into the lobby's game chat.

Can I just explain to people that Smoking is officially bad for your health thanks to the World Health Organisation and also the Governement saying so!

So the next time I try and kill someone with a smoke grenade, detonate a claymore with a smoke grenade, use a smoke grenade to hide myself in, or use a smoke grenade to scare the crap out of the enemy, it is because the WHO and the Governement have said that Smoking Can Kill!!!!!!

So no more tittering

I think The Who are pretty relaxed when it comes to smoking, well all drugs really.

Won't be on tonight for the silly reason that my tv remote control battery has run out & I can't get to the A/V, that the 360 is on, channel without using the remote. It's one of those silly lithium coins & I couldn't find them in any shop at lunchtime so have had to order them online. That'll teach me to buy a cheap Japanese tv.

OMG - that so happened to me last year, stupid TV wouldnt go onto AV without the remote and my wife lost the damn remote. First I had to buy a universal remote and then gave up after I got the AV working with it but nothing else worked like volume etc so just bought a new tv instead!!!!

Yeah but they only allow you to change the volume & go from channels 1-whatever, no AV.

I managed to get it to AV1 but it wouldn't go to AV2, where the 360 is, I nearly put my finger through it trying to get it to change channel.

Glad to hear it.

That reminds me, I've been meaning to start watching BSG for ages. Will watch the mini-series tonight.
