If the full version of 5 doesn't fix some of the problems in the beta then I'll most likely go back to CoD4 I think. They seriously need to sort those spawn points out. Respawning right into the middle of the pack of dogs, repeatedly, isn't my idea of fair or fun.

I loved how the first game we played on this Monk kicked ass. I think you're gaming side desperately missed something familiar !!
By the end of the night, the connection problems were shocking.
As much as I love this game, and defended a lot of it to the hilt, I'm becoming severely bored with the lag issues / connection interrupted / host ended games (when the host didn't even LEAVE the frickin lobby, meaning their messages don't even ring true or else we're telling the host the wrong way by those bars).
It is starting to really piss me off, whenever you're aiming at someone, shooting and nothing is happening.
Last night by the final game, I was ready for throwing it in the bin.
So what did I decide to do to cheer myself up? Play the lovely little game that is Castle Crashers. That name is so very apt! Because that's what it does. Was it a pre warning that at your own risk buy this game for we won't be held responsible when it crashes online because we told you about it in the title?

Dear God! That must mean I've been playing COD4 near constantly for 11 months
Its still the best multiplayer game out there though. Of course if IW had given it dedicated host servers it would be the greatest game ever
Now if only they'd give us the new game modes and maybe a second map pack as a 1st Birthday present

^^ New maps, new gametypes, a dedicated/stable server and preferably a few new weapons/perks, and I don't think I'd ever leave CoD4.
TBH, even without any of that, I'll probably still end up going back to it!

I was listening to Chris Moyles this morning when he mentioned COD4 and how the Radio 1 games reviewer had challenged him to a match. Well that reminded me that Vernon Kay is a big COD4 fan and then I started wondering who else might be playing it?
