The best flag for C4 kills is the one by the trains in Pipeline. If you put it under the train the enemy can't see it until it's too late.
If you're putting down two charges make sure you use the LEFT trigger. I've blown myself up a couple of times by pressing the wrong button.

Halo has dominated Xbox Live since Halo 2 hit Xbox, even topping the 360's online gaming lists until Gears of War came, but the third game's domination of MS's online servers has been put on hold by Activision.

Last week, (week beginning Jan 14), Call of Duty 4 managed to knock Halo 3 off the top spot on the list of most played Xbox Live games.

Understandable though, its such a well balanced and addictive game. I did fire up Halo 3 at the weekend, but for some reason playing 4 Vs 4 matches seem really barren after COD's 6+ games.

Fingers crossed for a COD4 map-pack in the near future though (and some new perks and weapons too)

I agree. Definitely hoping for some new maps to play on. Don't really mind the perks (although another slot would be nice! )

I asked someone this recently but they weren't too definite on the answer.

Has anyone any idea what happens when you hit the highest rank? The person I asked seems to think you get an extra perk slot or 2. But wasn't too sure. (Although when you get to that point is there really the need for those? Ya need them on the way up if you want them at all !)

I read somewhere that once you have gone through all the prestige you get an extra perk which makes it harder for the enemy to aim you up.

Also im pretty sure new maps are coming in march/april

I've played against a couple of the top prestige palyers and didn't notice any aiming problems. One of the was completely rubbish, he'd obviosuly just been playing Headquarters all the way through.

That's good news about the new maps. Hopefully they'll be an inside map TV Station/Missile Base so I can break out the shotgun & one of the Russian village maps.

But then wouldn't that totally ruin the game when a majority of people finish the prestiges?

Who would want to play a game where you're constantly frustrated about not being able to target in.

Or he was letting someone else have a go. I let my 10 year old nephew have a go and he got 2 points in one game and 4 in the next. Then i took the controller off him lol

A friend of mine in my clan has the gold cross, he didn't get anything at all - he is 3rd on the kills leaderboard, if anybody knew it'll be him, you get nothing but the 10th prestige badge.

I want new weapons...... We have the SAS but where is the SA-80 british army assault rifle? Virtually ever british soldier in Iraq and Afganistan have one in their hands and yet it seems to be an ommision.

I can think of a good 5 or so other weapons that would suit this game without ruining it.

p.s cream egg, Rainbow Six Vegas 2 has the SA80, as does GRAW2. I hope we get some new guns in any DLC we might get. an MP5k would be nice. G3KA4 as well.

Get a damn Glock pistol too, there isnt a special forces or police unit in the western world that doesnt value a Glock 19 or something.

They should have differentiated a lot more between the different factions with different guns, perks etc.

All we get is the appropriate cliched voiceover & a different costume.

Ive got phase 3 on it blew up 3 guys doing it once. It can be funny if you do it right. There were 3 guys all sniping on Bloc from one of them rooms. I saw them before they saw me so i just pulled the pin and snuk up behind them, then bang!! all four of us are dead lol, they must have watched the killcam and thought WTF? especially one of them as I was standing right next to him!

No point in doing things half hearted! might aswell give us planes and let us fly into buildings
