This happened to me when i had 3 airstrikes and 2 helicopters in a row on shipment. I was dying in between them, but respawning just before the strikes so the kills counted that time round - hence giving me 5-7 kill streaks lol.
Host ended the game after about 6 minutes and they started shouting abuse at me on the end stats screen.

I played with some nice yanks for a change the other day though, instead of abusing me, they all congratulated me when i got 58 kills and 6 deaths where as everyone else got about 9 kills... made a change!

Gotta say though, it makes you feel better when you get abused as you know you've pissed them off lol

Ive seen it done but you are still pretty exposed. I think the killcam has nearly killed off Sniping. Not that I think its a bad thing you just have to keep your wits about you if you fancy a bit of sniper action. And always use overkill

I had a go last night on showdown with mixed results. I killed 4 people in a row to start with and i thought "Damnnnnnn this is sweet" Then after that results were mixed, only managing to get 3 in a row max. But to be honoest we were playing against a pretty good team. I think I'm going to stick with the P90 for now on those types of maps. I have fallen in love with the G36C! great on mid range maps like district/backlot/crash.

I unlocked the G36C last night and loved it while playing single player. I wanted to know though is it good at long range? I use the M16 and RPD for big maps to strike at long range so wanted to know if the G36C can do a good job from the other side of the map?

I tend to find it jumps around alot so not as acurate as the m16.

I use it when i know i'll be gettin close but not close enough... so i'd say its good for shooting across the street on crossfire but no gooed going the whole length.

I did shipment for the first time lastnight with Red and J and I must say I was like a deer in headlights lol I tried the mini uzi setup too and was ok if i saw them first but not if they saw me. I was having a nightmare of a night anyways lol

I slowly realised I'm no good if on my own, I need the group to take the attention from the oposition. I guess I need practice but was good fun

Yeah it can do with a red dot sight. I would prefer to RPD for long range as it shakes less as you fire. Plus the edge it has on M16A4 is that it has a decent fire rate so good at mid/ close range.

I tried using it on shipment against a bunch of decent guys with P90's tho and it weren't so hot! I soon switched back to Mini Uzi/P90 lol

Thats what happens when you get used to using the M16A4 as its a gun for "picking people off" Its a brilliant gun I always used it, have unlocked all the camos and keep it as a class.

But if you get used to it you might lose your close quarters reactions. With M16A4 it comparrible to holding your aim in one place then when the enemy runs into it fire. Where as the sub machine guns you need to follow the target with your aim while firing, which is a slightly different skill and what you need for shipment.

Was fun though and I felt I played my role of "run out and get killed to highlight where they all are" pretty well lastnight

Shipment really is the best wayof learning I guess as I'm so use to lookin down the sights and to shoot from the hip is alien to me but I dont think it'll take too long to re-program myself lol

Yeah it was fun last night, I enjoy playing team tactical as the games are more open and communication is vital. I think we won every game didn't we?

We sure did! I like 3v3 aslong as everyone has headsets. I dont really like headquarters though much prefer S&D Sabotage and Domination

I've just unlocked the overkill perk and I like the idea of being able to carry 2 primary guns. I also like the UAV Jammer though, do people find overkill useful or are the other perks better?

If you are using the sniper it can be useful in my experiance.If you use other guns though i don't see the point of the perk.Once you have killed someone, you can use their gun aswell i pressume

I use overkill on my sniper set up. Or sometimes a sub machine gun with a assault rifle. Its useful to a point but i would rather have stopping power on most of my set ups

I only tend to use Overkill whilst sniping which is a rare occurence )., until I unlock the Desert Eagle.

I often pick up other guns from dead bodies to compliment what I've already got, though.

Stopping Power, Double Tap or UAV Jammer are more useful, imo.

As for 'cheats' the only one I've seen is to get in behind the mesh wall in the tunnel in Pipeline. How do you do this? . I've played Sabaotage a few times and some idiot get's the bomb and just hides there with a shotgun.

Does anyone else think it would be a cool idea that say every 1000 kills you get a "super grenade" Which basically takes out half of the map which you could use as and when you wish. Possibly save them up if you wanted. I personally think that would rock

It may just be the 360 version then.

Neext time you're on Pipeline go into the tunnel via the shed by the road. Look on the left wall and you'll see a row of pipes behind a fence. You can get in there somehow and shoot people as they go past.

It's very annoying.

Iv'e never used it but i agree that it's a pain in the arse when you get shot from there.

I didn't even know that little tunnel existed let alone the glitch!

Yeh we won them all.. no idea what we were playing tho lol

but was fun and defo up for more.

J as for the kill all bomb that'd cause soooo much crying from everyone else lol

At least next time I get shot by one these glitch losers it'll make me feel better knowing they had to piss about to get in there. Hopefully I'll catch one trying to get in sometime.

There's much more fun to be had on Pipeline jumping accross the rooftops like Spiderman than hiding in a a tunnel behind some pipes.

Nutz- you'll feel better knowing they had to piss about to get in there, but I'll feel worse knowing that on search and destroy they've had the TIME to piss about and get in there!

Also had a look at the district glitch of getting onto the archway wall so you're above everyone.

The best thing about COD4 is you dont really gain much advantage of these "glitches" like other games due to the kill cam. And youtube meaning most people are aware of them
