I too would like to know where I can see any of their dances as I didn't see the first series.

There's nothing on YT.

I bought the DVD two years ago and still watch it from time to time. I think it's worth buying.

Thanks for your opinion on that.

I've been looking at it on Amazon. Think I might invest in it.

I loved Brendan and Natasha's paso doble, and I missed most of the first series as I hadn't twigged it was on. I even missed the first few weeks of series 2! What was I thinking??

Think that's bad- I missed all of seasons one and two (my excuse being that I was at uni), and while I caught up with s2 via 'other means', the very first series has always eluded me...

in my (v.humble) opinion, I really don't think she was that good

but with Chris Parker in the final there was only going to be one winner!!

What people forget is that in the 1st series.... with the exception of "The Sweeney"..... they were ALL genuine dancing novices. Every single one of them (even CP) showed an incredible improvement and the programme was all the better for it. There were no bookies faves until near the end and yes, Natasha & Brendan were incredible together - the chemistry was almost palpable. This year with Kelly it all seems a bit too forced for the media.

Natasha may not have been technically as good as others in subsequent series but she totally captured the spirit of the competition which, sadly, has never been repeated.

Nice to know someone agrees with me

Mostly all we're getting on these threads is how good/bad the celebs are. Given that the good ones will always survive elimination, it doesn't give the genuine beginners any chance to progress and that was the main thing that made SCD1 so special.

Come on Kenny & Willie (I would say the same for Kate only I think keeping her in the competition will be more harmful to her tendonitis than its worth)
