Hello all, The wife has just changed from T-Mobile to Orange PAYG, She has topped up with £10 expecting to get 300 texts as advertised but does not seem to have got them, Also it seems to hint toward the fact that the top ups only last 1 calender month,Is this right? What she was expecting was to top up and it is ''ever lasting'' plus the free texts but it does not seem to be like that...Can anyone give me any info,,,Thanks.....

The top up will be 'ever lasting'. The free texts will last for 30 days. They can take up to 72 hours to be applied. It may be worth checking with customer services the tariff is the speak easy tariff with free text trigger. Be careful you are not on the bonus text tariff as this is orange to orange texts only, it has to be the free text trigger tariff for x-net texts.

Also once you have gone onto this tarrif write down the date as that will be your analysis date. Which is the date you should try and top up before the following month in order to qualify for more texts. if not you will be on a daily analysis date. As soon as you do top up the minimum amount that will then be your new analysis date and the text will be applied within 72 hours.
