HTC P3600 - Anyway to back the phone to the memory card?
Hi there,
My wife recently got a free upgrade to this phone and wanted to get it backed up. I've backed it upto her Outlook (which was a pain as I did not want to have to install Outlook on her laptop), but was wondering if there is anyway to back the phone upto the memory card (I have this option on my old XDA with something called xBackup and it's always worked well). I was thinking it should have something like this as it's a newer version on the Windows mobile on there. Cheers, Mark. |

i would assume that there would be a third party piece of software, from what i have seen you can not do it as standard

Just an update to this thread to say that I looked into all the different backup programs and decided to take the plunge and go for the Sprite Backup Lite edition (it was around £10 to download from their site).
We have tried a few backup and restores and it all workd ok (you can also tell it to do scheduled backups as well). I went for the Lite version, as it had all I needed: http://www.spritesoftware.com/store/...roducts_id=192 It will work for all devices running Windows Mobile 5 & 6. Cheers, Mark. |
