I have high hopes (or delusions - whatever!)

I'm after telling loads of people on t'other (contraversh) thread that Lilia and Dom are on ITT on thursday - but I don't know how I know this - so I think I might be lying?

Are they?

I mentioned it on the previous page but said it was pure speculation, so definitely not set in stone as yet

If any one finds out for def that they are on on thursday could you please post on here and other thread (for Olive!)

I was worrying that they have not appeared anywhere....Very little publicity.

Remember when Aled was dancing, you couldn't turn on the TV without publicity for him and Lilia being rammed down your throats.

There is a COLD wind blowing here and I hope that it blows itself out.

Dom is a great performer and a wonderful character. He deserves to go all the way.

Knowing Dom I can assure everyone that he will put more into this than anyone else. He has no dancing background but I thought the potential was there.

Yup, but only as a passing aquaintance.

We met Dom a few years ago in Costa del Sol (Malaga) at the Euromarket supermarket. I think he was doing one of those holiday in the sun or something shows. He is quiet a character. Full of life and energy.

He didnt have a single bad point about him and I am a fan of his for life.

You're completely forgiven - cos I'm dead chuffed Lilia has got Dom cos he's not obviously good - but likeable so she can do what she does best with him!

I just wish Lilia would smile or give him eye contact...My better half and myself both commented at the same time that she is not a happy bunny with her choice of partner.

Just look at all of the other contestants....not one of them puts half as much into it as Dom. He is trying so hard and actualy enjoying himself.

For most of the contestants, they simply go through the motions trying to look good.

My Xmas wish for this year is for Dom to be in the final.....

She was hugging him after Craig's comment about Dom being locked up. They looked like the got on fine then.

I am so excited by his lines, 'specially his hands. They are looking gorge. Oh and I loved their section at the end, definitly the cheeky twins, to take one of Claudia's sayings.

Oh and I'm glad I was right about Thursday even though it was complete speculation and kinda got taken as literal. Maybe I should predict that they appear every day...

As I just said on another thread - we should keep cool. there is plenty of time for Dom and Lilia to shine through.

The Beeb is highlighting other Beeb personalities who are obviously at risk while GMTV is pushing Penny to the utmost for the sympathy vote. we will have many weeks to see Dom and Lilia - he will just blow everyone away on Saturday!

I know his family very slightly and what I do know is that he is incredibly determined.

Don't post very often - but I was interviewed by Dominic earlier in the year fro the One Show and I have to say he was exactly the same off camera as on and was something of a perfectionist. A genuinely nice guy however and I would imagine will work ensure that he does whatever it takes to gain Lilia's respect and I can't imagine anyone failing to recognise his determination to do as well as he possibly can. I think he and Lilia are well matched and will go from strength to strength as the weeks progress

Just a quick pop in to say loving Dom, and not sure if you Dom guys know, but apparently he's down to present the One Show all next week.

Yay! Bet they won't be on ITT then which is a shame so hopefully Lilia will appear on the One Show.

I was loving his violin playing tonight. Very impressive

Wasn't going to comment on that but my wife is a mid wife and she said exactly the same thing, theres a little bit extra weight in Lulia....also no harm in training if you are fit and pregnant.

Could be hearing the sound of ten tapping toes soon??

I was watching the clips on ITT yesterday - & she seemed ok with Dom to me - I did think she looked a little paler than usual - maybe she just hasn't topped up the fake tan yet tho.
I thought she was joking and smiling with Dom.

I actually agree with you. I've noticed, from day one, that Lilia always seems a bit uncomfortable with her partner now and doesn't look a bit happy. When she partnered Matt and Darren she was always laughing and smiling and seemed very comfortable around them both. Not this time.

Don't think they'll get very far, not sure Dom is that popular, but the public tend to like Lilia, myself included, so maybe she'll get some more votes.

I think that Lilia is one of the best pros out there. Her choreography is second to none.

We have been running the past recordings of her and this year she is not lifting her body out of her diaphram. The upper body just sits there.

When you look at her previous performances she has perfect posture in her upper body. Now it is just flat.

As my namesake kept on saying "Lets wait and see".....LOL
