Looking at the two poles it seems that Kally and Brendan are the 'marmite' couple, they seem to be either loved or hated it equal measure. So what do you think, love or hate?

BTW I love!

I don't hate either of them, but I don't appreciate breathy 'little old me, good??!!' type comments either. False modesty is just as bad as arrogance as far as I'm concerned.
Brendan is in danger of appearing a bit sleazy these days too!

So they're probably my least favourite couple if that counts as hate!

PS I DO hate Marmite though...

I hate marmite.

Still haven't decideed if Kelly will float my boat yet or not. She's pretty, for sure. And! She ***can*** dance...

Off with the apparent pretence and she'll melt my heart for sure...

Hate Marmite and hated their dance on Saturday. But that's because I hate the rumba as a dance, not because I dislike K&B. Looking forward to their other dances where I don't feel so uncomfortable.

Can. Not. Stand. Kelly but had to grudgingly admit that she danced well on Saturday. Although that's probably coz Brendan is excellent (whatevery your/my opinion of him) plus she has the overwhelming self confidence to carry off a rhumba. She looks lovely but I wish she could just shut up for five mins.

Favourite moment of the season so far was when Stephanie told her to stop flashing her knickers - the look on Kelly's face was priceless, that Hollywood smile disappeared all of a sudden.

I thought their rumba on Saturday was really sensual and I liked Alesha's performance also.

Yes, I thought their rhumba was very good as well. Liked Alesha's rhumba but can't really get the 'funky' right hand of hers in the beginning and here and there during the dance, though.

As for the comments made by Stephanie, it was so funny I actually still remember it:

"If you are my daughter I would say: One flash a day, make it a good one and then DON'T!"

Stephanie's comment was legendary...

I don't know; part of me is determined not to like them and the false modesty was grating but I enjoyed their rumba and it's still early days yet.

As yet I am undecided. She could actually be genuine or then again it could be all fake so I really don't know about her.

I'm the same with marmite. My opinion changes with the weather...

I quite like Brendan but not so sure about Kelly, I wasn't that impressed with their rumba but then I don't pretend to know a lot about dance as such, I just know what I enjoy and although they seemed to dance well together it made me feel uncomfortable for some reason.

On the fence.

Don't see what the fuss is about with Brendan, hate the little girl/ false modesty act Kelly's putting on and all the hype surrounding the pair of them........

but they WERE good on Saturday.......

Don't really strongly like or dislike anybody so far

I am afraid the " I am the celebrity " comment in the training VT, grated with me .
I don't dislike the couple , but I would always vote for the celebrity not the dancer and I wouldn't vote for her/

ETA Hate is a very emotive word and one which is used far too much on this board and in a totally unwarranted way .

How can one hate someone has not met and doesn't know ? we may not be attracted to the image of a person presented to us by the media , by the BBC editors and by the person themselves , but hate ?..................... no , you can't say that .

I hate them both as they are both overrated (that is marmite and K and B)

I love marmite but am very torn with Brendan and Kelly

I don't particularly like Brendan, I don't find him good looking but he's a great dancer and has charisma

Kelly is unbelievably stunning to look at and dances very well, but there is no way on earth she doesn't know that she looks good and can do it, so the comments she made on Saturday seemed a bit insincere

they have good chemistry but I prefer Alesha and Matt, their chemistry feels fun rather than lusty!

Agree with everything here apart from your take on Marmite, which I love!

I don't "hate" K&B, but it's going to take a lot to convince me that they're not over-hyped, and I agree that the 'little old me, good??!!' act is very grating (which is exacerbated by the fact that she clearly isn't a newcomer to the world of dance!)

And Brendan's choreography has never done much for me either ~ it's always rather self-indulgent and po-faced (Evanescence paso with Sarah Manners: ) and tends to be more about himself than his partner. He doesn't seem to show their strengths or a sense of partnership in the same sort of way the likes of Lilia or Ian do with their partners.

So, err, not yet keen, but who knows what we'll see over the next few weeks.....
