Creative Zen M vision won't connect with PC

Hi, I bought a Creative Zen M Vision 30gb the other week, and it won't connect with my pc.

I have all the software it tells me to have installed and have microsoft sp2 installed. It charges all the way to full battery, but it is coming up as unrecognized

. Could anyone tell me how I can fix this problem, thanks in advance

You need to to add mp3's

Is it listed under device manager when plugged in via USB?

( control panel/ system/device manager)

When it asks to automatically search for drivers, choose the System32 directory to search for the install drivers.
