Toshiba Regza Z series

hey guys,

im new to the forum and im wanting some advice if possible please.

im after 2 Tv's in the near future, one for my bedroom and one for the lounge.

with the layout of my bedroom and the fact that i have plasterboard walls it looks like my tv will have to sit on top of my wardrobe, which gives me 43cms from top of it to the ceiling, this leaves me with a tv ranging from 19" to 22" if im lucky,

so does anyone have any ideas which are best to go for?

now to my lounge, im after a 42" and i have done bit or research, a guy in richer sounds was telling me to go for Plasma, which i know has better quality picture etc...

but i have found an LCD which seems to be pretty good, its a Toshiba Z series, are these any good?

any replies would be helpful, thanks

I have the X Series, the Z adds on the 100Hz and other features.

It is a good set and looks nice, only complaints I'd have is the poor black showing compared to Plasma and the menu is way too small and when fed poor quality channel feeds (UK TV Gold) it reallly looks terrible.

If you want top picture quality go for a plasma like the Panasonic PX70 at 42", I can't rate them highly enough.
