BT Engineer installing new landline
What exactly will he have to do? Only im having to take a couple hours off work on Friday whilst the BT guy does his stuff, and im not sure how long he'll take.
The woman at BT Customer services said as the house had no prior history of BT lines being installed, the BT engineer would have to do some work on the exchange, and may have to come in my house. I do already have phone sockets around the house though. |
