But eh, all water under the bridge now - he's certainly enjoying some fair degree of success now, along with the other finalists, and I look forward to meeting him and the other would-be Josephs as and when that happens.”

Yes, water under the bridge now. Craig's fair degree of success is as leading man in a virtual sell out tour of Joseph. This success has lead to an extra week added in Edinburgh at the end of the tour, plus another 16 weeks in 2008.

I'd call it more than a fair degree of success, more like a total triumph

And Scott, you won't be saying Craig's put weight on this time. Yes, I'm still smarting over your one and only comment about him in the ADWD Final show

He is super fit and polished to perfection now ”

Aah trixie, defending Craig to the very end.

You'll (we'll ) get to see both him and Lewis together again!

I probably am making an idiot out of myself, as I know next to nothing about how theatre shows work, but do you think the beeb could have scheduled to film it on one of Ben's days off? Still, at least we'll get to see him, and a video message is better than nothing I suppose.

I wonder if it'll be in the Joseph studio?

I'm so excited about this!

Innocent _fairy I don't think it'll be in the Joseph studio coz Ben's little bro said that Strictly is being filmed in the studio where Joseph was filmed

Oh right ... that's a shame, but I do love Strictly, so I can forgive them

I'm probably being an absolute idiot but who exactly will be preforming on the show. I'm from the Keith thread and he's going to be there according to our posts. Who else is going to be there?

Has this been filmed yet? If not where can I get audience tickets from?

It's being filmed on 2nd December.

You won't be able to get tickets - BBC Tickets put a link up a few weeks ago ... they were inundated with requests - many had a rejection straight away others are waiting to see if they were successful in getting any or not.

Apparently it is the top 6 from both Joseph and Maria ... but I'm not sure Ben will be there as Hairspray are doing the Royal Variety Performance ... Daniel said he was going to be doing it ... but now that he starts Avenue Q on the 3rd ... hope he's still going to have time.

Nope Ben isn't going to be there but we know he has filmed a VT. I guess if it is a choice between the Lord or the Queen then the Queen wins

If they're showing excerpts from Hairspray on the Royal Variety Performance, that'll be my friend Margaret glued to the screen, she's a huge Michael Ball fan. Thanks, I'll pass the news on to her.

If its the top 6 Josephs who are on the show, what a shame, that means Chris will not be in it.He deserves to be, he is doing so well.

Couldn't agree more. He's consistently putting in 12 great performances each week, including 2 as Joseph and 2 as narrator.

I didn't spot it during ADWD either but he's a little shining light on stage and a real star in the making. Its just such a shame we didn't get to see his potential in ADWD.

I think its a real shame they havent included all the Joes in the show (they could have done a group number ) but I really think Chris should be in it.

Craig , Keith and Chris are all doing a fantastic job on a sell tour , they are all getting equally fantastic reviews , and making this tour one of the best , he should be on the show with them.

To be fair, I wouldn't want to see some again...Seamus especially

Johndeep was a sweetheart and I would love to see him on the show. He's terrific and deserves to be on the show. What they should have done was a reunion show of the Joseph's and then a follow up with the Marias.

Can't see this happening now, as I doesn't appear in the BBCs Press Release for programming over the festive period. Go idea though!!!

It is happening.

Daniel Boys was on Jonathan Ross on Radio 2 talking about Avenue Q yesterday and spoke a bit about it.

He said it should go out on Christmas Eve (although they aren't 100% sure yet) and that its quite festive.

The early TV guides have it down for airing on Christmas day around the 5:15pm slot, which seems a little early.
