Gmail Mobile App v1.5 - Certificate Error
prking

Downloaded the new v1.5 Gmail Mobile application onto my T-Mobile Nokia E61. Installation starts but throws up an error 'Certificate Error - consult application provider'.
I checked the Gmail help site and the only thing it mentions about certificates is that the phone must have a Verisign 3 certificate, which the E61 does.
I tried turning of on-line certificate checking but that didn't work either.
Other java apps like Opera Mini, work fine.
Has anyone got any suggestions?

Prking,

Are the date _and_ time on the phone correct? I've seen all sorts of certificate security errors when the phone has been reset and I have forgotten to reset the time to "the present"? That's all I can think of...

Thanks for the reply that was something I hadn't thought of. I checked and the date and time are correct.
I had a reply from Google, they will only offer help to customers in the US. Even though, the app is available through the UK site!
Does anyone know how to download a personal certificate from Verisign?
