Hi

I've just bought my son an Xbox 360 Elite for Christmas and I just wondered if anyone would be kind enough to recommend any games that are suitable for under 15 year olds? He likes adventure and skating games.

Well one of the better skating games out right now is skate. Thats my personal favourite skating game, but theres also Tony Hawks Project 8 which is good too.

Other games such as:

Viva Pinata
Lego Star Wars II
Tomb Raider: Legend
Guitar Hero II
Crash Of The Titans

There are loads of great games around that are suitable for younger gamers, the above being just a few.
And also if hes into football or sports, FIFA 08, PES 08 (when its out) and virtua tennis 3 are also well worth it.

The two Lego Star Wars games are great fun, the drop in/drop out co-op mode is good for playing with friends. ( although I don't have any so have to play it with my 10 year old daughter )
However I would hold off getting them unless you can pick up preowned copies cheap as they are about to release a 'Complete Saga' version which includes all 6 episodes plus some extras.

Viva Pinata is good fun too, but it may not appeal to a teenage boy but depends a great deal on the person.

How old is he btw? is he just under 15? Do you have any idea what other games he likes?

I know - he is very lucky. They're both a combined Christmas and Birthday present. It's his last year at primary school so it's quite a milestone for us - won't be my baby for too much longer. Actually I meant to put the thread as Recommended games for under 12 year olds - but was thinking of his brother too!
