Porting in/out.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can port as many times as you like right?
I bought a new phone on Saturday and began using it (on O2). I got my PAC from Vodafone (ex-network) and my old number is being ported onto my O2 SIM next Tuesday. Stupidly, I didn't check to see if the SIM Card I had received when I bought the phone had the Text Anytime tariff on, which is what I was after. So, I've just ordered a Text Anytime SIM from here. This'll arrive within the next couple of weeks. Once I have this, it'll be relatively straight forward to transfer my number across to this new SIM card as well - (giving that I'm staying on O2) - although I guess it'll take the same amount of time, which I'm more than happy to wait for. |

Ring Customer Services on 08705 678 678 & give them the telephone number of your current O2 SIM. Tell them you want to be on the O2 Online Text Anytime tariff. They will change your tariff within 48 hours, no need for a new SIM.
