Bit of girly fashion advice needed!
I ordered myself some gorgeous glitter shoes from the Topshop website (Clicky) to wear out this weekend. So far the outfit to go with them is a pair of black skinny jeans, but stuck on what type and what colour top to wear with it all! Normally I'd be fine finding something, but I really want to avoid looking like a christmas tree or too black.
Suggestions?

I would personally go for something like this clicky
I think that blue is the right colour to go for because it's brighter than black but not to over the top. Also if you're wearing skinny jeans then your top should add more volume and this looks perfect Hope it's of some help

Personally I think the shoes are horrendous.
But each to their own and I concur with Donna's suggestion, looking at the shoes the blue stands out most of the sparkly bits so something that matches the blue would look.

Ooo, love the sparkly shoes!
![]() I think the red stands out too so maybe you could find something dark red and wear skinny jeans or something. |

I would recommend a white puff sleeve shirt with a little black waistcoat.
As your shoes are sparkely and colorful I wouldn't go too mad up top, keep it plain and jazz it up with jewellery. |

Don't forget, when you're wearing them, to click your heels together three times and say 'there's no place like home, there's no place like home'.

Pick one of the solid colours from the shoes and get a nice fitted oversize length t-shirt top. The mid blue is a fashionable colour at the moment so should be easy to find and match a bag of the same colour. You are complete - pretty cheap too

Made me spit my tea out! - However I do have to agree. I think they are atrocious. Think she'd be better sending them back TBH, they look like a 4 year old in nursery designed them. But thats just my opinion.

Forget waistcoats and white blouses - wear them to work if you like, but splash out with a bit of colour when you go out!
