Hi All,

Firstly let me apologise if I have posted this in the wrong part of the forum, what it is I have the BT Freestyle 7310 DECT/GAP handset.
The thing is I have a new pc and I have lost the software disc that came with the phone , does anyone have any ideas where I can download one from or get hold of one so I can reinstall the software on my new pc ? I have tried looking all over the BT website but to no avail, someone please help me.

Thanks in advance. Gareth

Hi heinz,

Thanks for the prompt reply, I have got the user manual, but there is also a cd that came with the phone, that enables me to upload pictures and ringtones to the phone, without this software it is not possible, Thanks for the prompt reply though.

The BT site also gives a helpline number:

BT Freestyle 2000,2010,2100, 2500, 2200, 4100, 4500, 7000 range
0870 240 3962
Mon-Fri 0900-1730, Sat 0900-1400

According to the www.SayNoTo0870.com website, the geographical alternative to that number is:
0151 906 3182.

They might be able to send you another CD ROM - or tell you how to get one.
