You need to activate the O2 settings if not on the phone Manually input the settings Link and for MMS you need to get them send via text from the O2 Website

Ring up o2 and ask them to enable MMS on your sim, reboot, grab the PAYG GPRS WAP settings from here and it should work.

whoa wo wo
i have the 3510i, its slow at loading and closing games!
but if u get a pay&go o2 model, u will get free wap and through a GPRS connection as i have being using for the past month. my friends and i both agree that this phone's GPRS is very very slow compared to there normal GSM and also GPRS connections- one friend said its got the speed of a dial up modem and i agree. another thing is the colour screen is very shit |

GPRS connections on o2 only have a connection speed of around 20Kbps, however. GSM connections are 9.6Kbps on o2. |
