Texting Issues With N95
ooops
21-10-2007
Hey guys,
I'm a mobile salesperson (please dont hate me!) and slated the N95 since release for it's SW issues.
Anyways, I eventually had one a month ago (GSM) and it has been one of the best phones I have ever had.

However over the past couple of days, my outgoing texts have not been sending and instead linger in my DRAFTS so the outgoing icon disappears.

It has up-to-date software on it.
I only noticed as I was drinking last night and went through my drunken texts this morning!

Any ideas how to cure it or has anybody else had this?

Cheers

Not heard or seen this bug, and i've had all 3 revisions of the firmware for this phone.

You sure your not clicking close, and selecting first option when drunk? or catching the red button as these will make it go to drafts.

Nope, I use the green button to send!
Also happened to a few texts today when I most certainly was not drunk!

well it could be a network issue, try your sim in a different handset if you can.

have you rebooted the handset? and tried a settings reset? sometimes these things just happen
