would it be possible for me to do this?
Hi i am considering buying a voip phone and am interested in buying a Tesco internet phone (this is because i work for tesco and get discounts.)
BUT i want to connect the phone straight to my netgear wireless modem thus eliminating the need for my pc to be on. The phone comes with a USB connector, my modem has not got a usb connection. Is there an adaptor that i could use to convert the connection so it looks like an ethernet plug? If yes would it actually work? |

Tesco VoIP is one of the dearest VoIP providers, Skype the other. There are many VoIP providers out there all offering cheaper calls.
Unless you get a discount on the calls package and not just the device, then it's not worth going with the Tesco VoIP service. |
