NEWS EXCLUSIVE thespicegirls.com can exclusively reveal that the girls’ new single, Headlines (Friendship Never Ends), will be played simultaneously by radio stations across the UK tomorrow at 7.40am.

Be sure to tune in for the exciting world premiere of the fantastic new song, which was written by Matt Rowe, Richard 'Biff' Stannard and the girls themselves. As we reported earlier today, the Spice Girls made the video for the new single on Friday at Pinewood Studios.

Headlines (Friendship Never Ends) will be available digitally in the UK from 5 November, and physically on 19 November. The song is taken from the new Spice Girls Greatest Hits album.

this reminds me of three years ago and the whole Band Aid 20 premiere which ended up leaking 30 minutes earlier on Kiss 100 of all stations

Thanks for the info.

I'm sure Moyles will be playing it, so I'll be listening to him as usual at that time anyway.

Anyway hmmm i think moyles is right. its a grower. it seemed short though...felt like it ended very fast! Actually I didnt think it sounded as bad as the preview did. Few more listens to it i think...Victoria Beckham was good! Surprisingly funny and chatty-enjoyed listening to her!

It's nice enough, but you're right, it seems alot shorter than 3 and a half minutes!

And where on earth was Mel B?!?!

I think I'll need a few more listens before I like it - I don't even like Take That songs much the first time I hear them

I enjoyed listening to Victoria though she came across well.

I think I'll like it more when I;m not listening to a dodgy bitrate internet version.

I liked it more by the end of the song that at the start thats the best I can say for it. And I was really looking forward to this..,

I dread to think what their critics will think.

I have to agree...Perez was saying...try and find Victoria...she has a verse at least, Mel B is nowhere to be found. I know she does low vocals with Geri, so perhasps that's why we can't hear her...but she doesn't have one solitary line...it's mainly Geri/Emma.

It's the Children In Need single, so I'm sure it will, plus it's the Spice Girls. It has those two things going for it.

Sorry...I'm a pop fanatic...and this is just dross. It utterly flatlined with me.

It's pretty shit. I can just imagine Melanie C singing it through gritted teeth.

Seriously though, how can they look at Girls Aloud and Sugababes, and think that'll pass as a good single from a British girl group anymore?

Plus the "Friendship Never Ends" in brackets makes me want to hurt people.

Such a shame, they could've done so much more.

It's just a really lazy single, isn't it? And to pay a homage to Wannabee is an insult.

Terrible load of codwallop. The fans deserve something better.

The leaked versions on the Internet don't do the song justice. I heard it on the Chris Moyles's show and it sounds a lot better. It's a real grower. I hope it does well.
