I use "Free YouTube to iPod Converter" from dvdvideosoft

It is genuine freeware not free trial version.

Does anyone know why this might not be working for me? It always says "youtube is down?".

I use a site called www.savetube.com - you just copy the link from YouTube, paste it onto the savetube site, and it downloads it to your PC. Then you have to use a free tool (see Savetube site for details) to convert it to MP4.
